At PSYN, we take pride in our creations and want you to enjoy your pieces worry-free.  We stand behind the durability and craftmanship of our products, and we are pleased to offer a 1-year warranty on all our jewellery items from the date of purchase.

 

  1. Warranty Coverage 

1.1.         This warranty covers any manufacturing defects, such as improper soldering or missing stones.

 

1.2.      Plating defects, such as uneven coating or peeling, not caused by wear and tear.

 

Our warranty shall not cover damages caused by accident, improper use, or normal wear and tear.

 

1.3.         Examples of events NOT covered include but are notlimited to:

 

  1. loss or theft: while unfortunate, these are external events not related to product quality.
  2. dents, nicks, and scratches considered inevitable and not classified as defects.
  3. discolouration due to exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, makeup, chlorine, hot tubs, or bathing.
  4. damage caused by improper cleaning or repair: using harsh cleaning methods or getting repairs done by unauthorised personnel can void the warranty.
  5. cosmetic issues: Slight variations in colour, texture, or stone size that don't affect functionality are not considered defects.
  6. stones may have inclusions or minor imperfections that are part of their natural beauty and not defects.
  7. irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics in gemstones are inherent and contribute to the unique character of each piece. These characteristics should not be considered defects.
  8. alterations made to the jewellery after purchase are not covered.
  9. personalisation preferences, such as wording, style, font, placement or design elements of engravings, are not covered under warranty. 
  10. lost stones or stones falling out due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage. 
  11. broken chains due to misuse or mishandling are not covered under warranty.
  1. How to Claim Warranty

2.1.         If you believe your psyn jewellery has a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty, please follow email us at hello@psynjewellery.com and include the following details to initiate your claim:

 

  1. order number;
  2. description of the issue you're experiencing; and
  3. clear photos providing evidence of the alleged defect.

 

2.2.         Once we receive your email, our team will review your claim within 5 working days.

 

2.3.         Verification of your claim may require return of the item for inspection. You will be responsible for the associated shipping costs.

 

2.4.         We handle each warranty claim on a case-by-case basis. If we determine that the damage is covered by our warranty, we will repair the item or replace it. 

 

  1. Terms and Conditions

 

3.1.         Proof of purchase is required.

3.2.         The date of receipt shall be based on the courier tracking number record.

3.3.         Jewellery must be carefully packed and secured in bubble wrap for return shipments. 

3.4.         PSYN is not responsible for replacing packaging boxes damaged during return shipping. Customers can request are placement box and paper bag set for a fee, if needed.

3.5.         Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with repairs or exchanges, alternatively, drop-offs are accepted at our office at c-3-3, pusat komersial southgate, no.2, jalan dua, off jalan chan sow lin,, Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur, MY, 55200.
